Mouse Made Simple is an authorized Disney Agency. We have worked with our whole heart and soul to forge our relationship with the Walt Disney Travel Co. This is not a hobby for our team. If you are looking for a hobby, this position is not for you. You must be willing to commit to many hours of training and keeping up to date on daily changing details at the The Walt Disney World and other Disney Destinations. The vast majority of your work will be done online and via the phone. Your computer/technology skills must be at the Intermediate to Advanced Skill Level. Using the internet, retrieving/composing emails, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentation programs are all basic skills needed to perform in your daily activities. 

You will be required to use our agency customer relationship management (CRM) system for entering data, managing reservations and payment information, and retrieving data for reports that can be used to market and grow your business.

We, in turn, will provide you with access to our agency exclusive training, your own mentor, and a team of individuals on hand to help you with your success.
