As a young girl, I was enchanted by the stories my great-grandparents would share about Disneyland. They lived in Anaheim, CA, not far from the park, and every night, they would sit on their porch and watch the fireworks light up the sky. Their tales filled me with curiosity and wonder, making Disneyland feel like a magical, faraway place just waiting to be explored.

My first visit to “Disney” was nothing short of a fairytale! My husband, knowing I had never been, decided that he wanted to be the one to take me there. So, for our honeymoon nearly 14 years ago, we set off for Walt Disney World! We stayed at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and he truly pulled out all the stops to make the experience unforgettable. I felt like a princess as we were celebrated as honeymooners throughout the parks. But the most magical moment of all? Watching Tinkerbell fly from Cinderella Castle as “When You Wish Upon a Star” played. From that day forward, every time I hear that song, I’m transported back to that moment—my very first dose of Disney magic.

Fast forward to today, and I am living my dream as a Disney Travel Planner! I’ve been fortunate to experience Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line from both an adult’s and a parent’s perspective. My first Disney Cruise was a training cruise aboard the Disney Wonder, and from that moment on, I was hooked. The magic of Disney at sea is just as spectacular as it is on land—once you sail with Disney, you’ll never want to cruise any other way!

One of the most special experiences was sailing on the Disney Dream Preview Cruise before its inaugural sailing. This time, we saw the magic through the eyes of our two beautiful daughters. There is nothing more fulfilling than sharing these experiences with my family and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

While Disney holds a special place in my heart, I also love helping families plan other incredible vacations! Whether it’s the thrills of Universal, the relaxation of all-inclusive resorts, the adventure of cruises, or the breathtaking beauty of Hawai’i, I take pride in crafting unforgettable trips that are tailored to each family’s unique dreams.
